Adeel Shah
Chairman & CEO
Adeel has a long, distinguished career in which he has formulated and successfully executed strategic plans for international and domestic commercial firms. His relationships with investment banks, securities companies, and venture capital markets give him the capability to successfully fund companies at various stages of development. He is primarily involved in raising private equity, catering to high net worth individuals, financial institutions, corporations, governments/quasi-governmental organizations and family businesses. Adeel is also actively involved in originating business deals and assisting with the deal-structuring process. He works closely with client companies to understand their specific requirements, leveraging the capabilities and expertise throughout the institutional and individual networks to provide strategic solutions to meet these requirements. He studied International Public Policy from SAIS-University of Johns Hopkins and completed his MBA from Carey Business School of Johns Hopkins
Fazal Shah
Chief Operating Officer
Fazal is a computer scientist with specific experience relates to Analysis, designing, developing, and implementing computer systems and networking. He has managed and led Small Business Innovation Research Program US defense agency programs and has extensive experience working with US governmental agencies and commercial entities. He studied BS in Computer Science from PENN State University, and Master of Science & Master of Business Administration (MS & MBA) from University of Maryland University College.
Irfan Shah
Country Manager
Irfan has diversified experience in Project Management, Information Technology, and Marketing. Possessing entrepreneurial personality, combined with strong decision-making, inter-personal communication and presentation skills. Irfan is visiting faculty at several universities in Pakistan, focusing on information technology courses. He holds Masters Degree in Electronics along with numerous professional and technological certifications.
Khurram Iqbal
Chief Operating Officer, PAKISTAN
Khurram is a seasoned Finance Professional with 15+ years of experience of working with large MNCs in Automobiles, Textile, FMCG, Media & BPO industries. He is a Fellow member of Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of Pakistan. Currently he is pursuing the CFA designation. He has also passed the exams of Society of Actuaries USA. He has got an in-depth knowledge of Financial Management, Tax Management, and Business Processes Management.
Sharukh A. Sattar
Head of ER Planning Software Development
Shahrukh A. Sattar is the Head of Enterprise Resource Planning Software Development division at VentureForce Global, Inc., Karachi office, my responsibilities primarily include ensuring end-to-end Project Management of Medium to Up-scale ERP projects. He manages the team of Software Programmers, Coders and Software Testers having experience in Python, Javascript, SQL, and BPMN 2.0 standards. He has over a decade long portfolio of providing Technological solutions primarily in Software, Computer Networks and Server Management, and Web App development. Shahrukh has successfully completed nearly 35 projects in last 2 years of association with VFG.

Syed Shahid Rauf Hashmi possess diversified experienced of different industries relating to business development, marketing and sales, customer relations, business process management. He has skilled to plan and execute strategic operational plans to achieve set goals and objectives. He has expertise to carry out study of current business process of many type of industries, gap findings and formulating and designing suggest improved process to client for implementation, preparation of business flow charts to configure according to different software applications, MS dynamics, inventory management systems as well as to implement it successfully as a project.
